Lakhta Center-an innovative multifunctional social and business complex, the central office of Gazprom, is located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland of St. Petersburg. The dominant of the complex is the Lakhta Center Tower - the highest building in Europe, the northernmost skyscraper in the world 462 meters high.
The architectural concept of the complex was made respect for the prevailing appearance of St. Petersburg and at the same time embodies the most daring and advanced ideas of modern architecture and technology. The tower resembles an ice toros, neighboring ones - multifunctional and administrative buildings - split icebergs or waves. The interiors of the administrative building of the IFC "Lakhta Center" developed the bureau "Archistan".
