Classical offices with a cabinet layout or monotonous open space no longer provide the productivity and quality of environment that a variable space with a flexible set of functions generates. The focus of the Multispace concept is on the employee, and not on his workplace, which made it possible to abandon clearly defined scenarios for the use of space, outdated schemes and labor organization standards.

In this project, the person is the core around which the mobile infrastructure, work and social processes are built. The key areas are those that take into account the psychological types of employees and the points of intersection of activities.
